Matt is a key member of TGS’s advisory team, helping to craft customized portfolios tailored to each client’s unique investment objectives, time horizon, income needs, and tolerance for market volatility. He oversees implementation of the firm’s investment strategy, is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios, and supports the firm’s financial planning initiatives.
Since joining TGS in 2024, Matt has drawn upon his extensive experience at leading financial institutions, including Vanguard and SEI Investments. He has held multiple leadership roles focused on investments, strategy, and client management—skills that now fuel his passion for delivering personalized advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their families.
Matt holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Villanova University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), and a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®). These credentials underscore his commitment to the highest standards of expertise and ethics in financial planning, as does his membership in NAPFA.
Matt serves on the Board of Trustees for the Denise Lugar Scholarship Fund and is actively involved with the Chester County Down Syndrome Interest Group. He resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Sarah, their three children, and their dog. In his free time, Matt enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Phillies and Eagles, and hiking at the Jersey Shore.
